Pick up a reading log beginning June 8 and get started earning prizes. Also get entered for gift card drawings happening all summer long. Happy Reading!

Do you have what it takes to be a superhero? Test your skills at our superhero training stations and unmask your super powers.
 
     
2015 SUMMER VOLUNTEEN PROGRAM
Entering Grades 7-12
Join our team of volunteers! The library is looking for friendly and enthusiastic teens to help with our Summer Reading Program. Work our summer reading prize table, usher a movie in our air-conditioned auditorium, or assist with special events! If you enjoy working with children, call Youth Services at 837-3466 to register for a mandatory Orientation Session

Do you possess the power of total recall? Demonstrate you brain power at our teen book challenge. Stop by the Youth Services Desk starting June 8 to register and pick up copies of the books.
 
   
SAT PRACTICE TEST

The SAT will be the college entrance exam administered in high schools in March 2016. In addition, the SAT will be redesigned for 2016. Get familiar with the new SAT by taking our SAT Practice Test offered by Kaplan Test Prep. This is an opportunity to determine where to focus your study efforts to achieve the results you want on the test.

Read Michael Vey, Prisoner of Cell 25 by Richard Paul Evans, then join us for pizza and a book discussion.

TEEN BAND NIGHT

Join us for Teen Band Night at the Library! Come out and listen to live music performed by local teens.

FREE KINDLE eREADER LENDING

The library has four Kindles available for check out for use by patrons ages 6 to 17.
The Kindle eReader must be checked out on the parent's or legal guardian's library card.

The Kindles can be loaded with up to four OverDrive titles.

The Kindle will have a checkout period of three weeks.
