MIDLAND YOUTH LAW ENFORCEMENT ACADEMY
 
***June 20th through June 24th***

Do you know a child, between the ages of 13 and 15, who has an interest in pursuing a career in Law Enforcement, or who just wants to learn more about police work? If so, consider enrolling them in the Midland Youth Law Enforcement Academy!   

The Academy covers a wide variety of topics, from rules of arrest and handcuffing techniques, to SWAT Teams and Bomb Squads, with dozens of other topics in between. This is a great opportunity for young people who are interested in learning more about Law Enforcement. 

The Academy will take place from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm each day.  Lunch will be provided.  The cost is $60.00 per person for County Residents and $80.00 per person for Non-County Residents.  The Academy will start off at 9:00 am on Monday June 20th at the Midland County Jail, 101 Fast Ice Drive.  All other days will begin at 9:00 am at the Law Enforcement Center, 2727 Rodd St.
