The Midland Wastewater Treatment Plant, in accordance with State law, is a receiving facility for domestic sewage from residences in Midland County. Licensed septage haulers may dispose of domestic sewage at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., and from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on weekends and holidays. The City reserves the right to deny access at times of wet weather or other unforeseeable circumstances.
Registering With the Treatment Plant
All users of the hauled waste disposal site must fill out a Waste Disposal Permit Registration form, which will authorize your company to purchase Waste Disposal Permits for discharging hauled waste at the treatment plant.

following rules of use, as established by the Wastewater Treatment Plant
