Various building permits can be downloaded from this website, or hard copies may be requested from the City of Midland Building Department.
Contractor Registration Form
Contractors must be registered with the City Building Department before any permits will be granted to them. A Contractor Registration Form (PDF) must be filled out, and an annual fee of $15 paid by check or cash upon registration with the city.
