The Cable Access Advisory Commission consists of five members. Three of the members shall be current, registered MCTV access users; one member shall be a school representative designated by the Midland Public Schools; and one member shall be a citizen at large and a current cable television subscriber.
The Cable Access Advisory Commission advises the City Council regarding general policy matters related to the services provided to public access producers and viewers through MCTV. The commission is also responsible for encouraging the use of public access channels and gaining public input.
