Calling all neighboring week fans! Back by popular demand, Parks and Recreation is excited to announce the 4th annual parks scavenger hunt, Neighbor Chase, a community event to celebrate neighboring week in Midland!

This year we are again partnering with Eventzee, a scavenger hunt app on your mobile phone, to put you on the path of discovering our community through interactive challenges. 

It’s easy to get started! You’ll need to download the Eventzee app on your smartphone and create an account using your email address, a username and password. Find the app at Eventzeeapp.com on the Apple Store or on Google Play. Once downloaded, you’ll use the code mprneighbor23 (this code is exclusive to the City’s Parks and Recreation Department). Once downloaded, the hunt will go live on Monday, September 5th at 8:00 a.m. This year’s hunt is different in that clues do not take you from place to place, rather, you’ll complete a set of challenges, be it photo, GPS, quiz, video, etc. Once you’ve completed the hunt, each hunter will receive a great prize. Challenges can be completed individually or in teams. Each challenge has a set of points attached to it – but we just want you to have fun.
