[ARCHIVED] Summer Reading at the Library

The Summer Reading program at the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library starts with a special event on Thursday, June 19. “Fizz Boom Bash” will celebrate science and reading.

The Bash will take place from 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Hands-on science activities include: Carbon Dioxide is CO2L, Outrageous Ooze, and many more.

Space is limited in some events. Tickets will be available on June 19. For a list of activities, visit the Library or go on the web to www.CityofMidlandMI.gov.

The Library is partnering with Meta4 to organize the day with help from several guest scientists and educators.

The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library is located at 1710 W. St. Andrews Road in Midland. For more information, call Youth Services at 989-837-3466.
