October 4, 2017 – Two street resurfacing projects will kick off later this week that, weather permitting, will cause traffic changes in the City.
Beginning Thursday, October 5 through Saturday, October 7, crews will resurface Diamond Drive from Soccer Drive to Waldo Road. Eastbound traffic will remain on Diamond Drive, while westbound traffic will be detoured around the project area by using Waldo, Monroe Road, and Jefferson Avenue. Motorists traveling in the area are encouraged to seek alternate routes if possible to avoid traffic congestion.
On Friday, October 6 through Monday, October 9, W. St. Andrews Road will be closed to through traffic from Saginaw Road to Nelson Street for a resurfacing project.
