[ARCHIVED] Downtown Midland & Northwood University Mannequin Night

October 12, 2017 - On Thursday, October 19, 2017 Mannequin Night returns to Downtown Midland thanks to the Northwood University Fashion Marketing and Management Department and the Midland Downtown Business Association.

Bring your family downtown and watch from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. as Northwood University students, dressed as mannequins, fill the storefront windows of downtown businesses.

The theme for this year’s Mannequin Night is “Fashion in Technicolor”. Students in the Visual Merchandising and Promotions class have been split into three teams and will design eight windows total. The teams will design the windows using black, white, and a special pop of color that will be unique to each team. All three teams will come together to design one large, full color display.

Mannequin Night is sponsored by the Northwood University Fashion Marketing & Management Department and the Midland Downtown Business Association.
