September 25, 2018 - Eighteen chili and salsa chefs from throughout the Midland community competed for top honors on Saturday at the Midland Downtown Business Association’s 20th annual Chili & Salsa Taste-Off in Downtown Midland. Participants prepared their famous recipes for the mouths of 600+ hungry tasters and 20 discerning judges, with both event atendees and the judges’ panel casting votes for their favorites.
