December 21, 2018 – Midland Community Television (MCTV) has announced an expansion of services available to residents and nonprofit organizations in Midland that will help these groups promote services, share upcoming events, communicate a viewpoint, or simply entertain their audiences.
MCTV recently underwent major technology and organizational transformations to better serve the Midland community. Today, Midland area residents and nonprofit businesses have access to a variety of unique services that go far beyond traditional television, including:
- Audio podcasts
- TV broadcasting
- Video/audio production
- Nonprofit event recordings
- Public service announcements
- Social media video distribution
- Community message boards
- Live video streaming (TV & YouTube)

Midland Community Television is located in the lower level of the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library at 1710 W. St. Andrews Rd. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Evening and Saturday hours are available by request. MCTV is a service of the City of Midland.
