March 8, 2019 – The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library continues its ‘Library Date Night’ performance series with another free, foot-tapping event on Thursday, March 14!
On March 14 at 7 p.m., Matthew Ball - the “Boogie Woogie Kid”- will entertain audiences of all ages with his engaging music of boogie, ragtime, and blues. As one of Michigan’s premier boogie-woogie pianists, Ball’s upbeat, family-friendly performances have delighted audiences throughout the Midwest and Canada and have been featured on NPR.
This event is free, family-friendly, and open to the public. No tickets are required. As with other ‘Library Date Night’ performances, it will be held in the Library Auditorium.
