Sewer grate

April 5, 2019 – Beginning Tuesday, April 9, wastewater asset management contractor RedZone Robotics will begin the process of visually inspecting over 1 million feet of City sewer lines as part of the improvement efforts recommended by the City’s Sanitary and Storm Sewer Study completed in 2018.

The entire video inspection process is expected to last approximately 12 months. Motorists are asked to exercise caution while driving in areas where crews are working.

Weekly updates on the current and anticipated future work locations for the crews will be available on the City’s website at www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/sewerstudy once work begins.
