June 3, 2019 – The City of Midland’s phone service vendor is currently experiencing undiagnosed technical issues that are drastically impacting the quality of phone calls at this time.
Emergency services, such as 911, are unaffected.
Residents can still call any City facility for assistance; however, call quality is significantly impacted and a complete conversation may not be possible. If able, residents are encouraged to visit www.cityofmidlandmi.gov to access information and, if necessary, email the appropriate department.
An update will be provided when the technical issues have been resolved.
