[ARCHIVED] City Offices, Services Closed for Independence Day Holiday

June 20, 2019  All City of Midland offices, including the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library, Sanitary Landfill and Dial-A-Ride Transportation (DART), will be closed on Thursday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.  The Jack Barstow Airport will also be unattended. 

Thursday refuse and Thursday Week 1 recycling will not be collected on July 4. Instead, residents with both Thursday and Friday regular refuse and Thursday and Friday recycle Week 1 collection will have their items picked up on Friday, July 5. Residents are reminded to place items at the curb by 7:30 a.m. on Friday, July 5 to ensure pick-up.
