[ARCHIVED] City Water/Sewer Billing Office to Offer Electronic Billing

June 27, 2019 – Effective July 1, 2019, the City of Midland Water/Sewer Billing Office will offer electronic billing (e-billing) options for water/sewer bills. When a bill is posted, the account holder will receive an email notification that the bill is ready to view and pay online. This eliminates residents’ receiving a paper bill in the mail if they so choose.

To sign up for electronic billing, account holders can visit www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/pay and click on the “Pay Now” link next to “Pay Water or Sewer Bills”, then select “Create a User Profile”. (Please note: An account number is required to create a new account.) Follow the prompts on the account creation screen to set up e-billing.

Residents who already have an online account for water/sewer bills can simply log into their accounts and click on “eBill Enrollment” to get started. Account holders will receive an activation email to ensure that they can receive e-bills at the email address provided.

E-billing is connected to a water/sewer account number, so residents with more than one water/sewer account number should set up e-billing separately for each account. Select commercial customers who receive aggregate billings should contact the Water/Sewer Billing Office to set up e-billing services.

Residents with questions on e-billing services should contact the Water/Sewer Billing Office at 989-837-3341 or water@midland-mi.org.
