[ARCHIVED] Midland Fire Department Issues Reminders for Fireworks Safety

Giant fireworks shoot into the night sky

July 1, 2019  The Midland Fire Department would like to remind residents that fireworks can be dangerous when improperly handled or used for purposes beyond their original intent. In an effort to keep the community safe, MFD urges residents to check the recent fireworks recalls listed below to see if items they have purchased for the week’s festivities may be affected.
