September 22, 2014 – The City of Midland will repair a sanitary sewer on Carpenter Street on Tuesday, September 23. Carpenter from Mill to State streets will be closed during work.
A detour will route motorists to North Street around the repair site. Work should be completed by Tuesday night, barring any weather interruptions.
