[ARCHIVED] Library, MCTV Closed September 3 – 7

August 19, 2019 – The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will be closed for the first week of September in observance of Labor Day and for facility and service enhancements.

The Library will be closed from Tuesday, September 3 to Saturday, September 7 for building maintenance and service upgrades, including parking lot resurfacing and the installation of a new checkout software system. In addition, it will also be closed on Sunday, September 1 due to its yearly summer schedule and on Monday, September 2 in observance of Labor Day. The Library will reopen on Sunday, September 8 from 1 – 5 p.m.

Due to its location in the Lower Level of the Library, Midland Community Television (MCTV) will also be closed to the public during this time. Residents can contact MCTV at 989-837-3474 or visit www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/mctv for more information.

Many of the Library’s resources are available online, 24 hours a day, at www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/library. For more information, visit the website or call the Library Reference Desk at 989-837-3430. The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library and Midland Community Television are services of the City of Midland.
