[ARCHIVED] Townsend Street Closure for Utility Installation

October 18, 2019 – Beginning Wednesday, October 23, Townsend Street will be closed to through traffic from Buttles Street to Ellsworth Street for the installation of underground utilities.

The closure is expected to last 2 – 3 weeks and is related to the construction of the new Delta College campus in Downtown Midland.

Residents are reminded that due to the nature of construction activities, the information provided above may change at any time. Should an issue arise that would change this schedule, the City will provide updates via the methods listed above.
