October 25, 2019 – The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will be hosting Halloween at the Library on Thursday, October 31 from 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Residents and their little ones are invited to come in costume and join in special story time sessions scheduled at 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 1:30 p.m. Afterwards, join in a Halloween Costume Parade that will be recorded and televised on MGTV Channel 188 on Charter or Channel 99 on U-verse. The parade video will also viewable on the City of Midland’s YouTube channel.
Parade times are 10:10 –10:25 a.m., 10:40 – 10:55 a.m., 11:10 – 11:30 a.m., 1:10-1:25 and 1:40 – 2:00 p.m.
Children can also trick-or-treat at stations throughout the Library, enjoy a snack in the Orchard Room, and make a Halloween craft.
Story times will take place in the Youth Services Story Room. All other activities will be available throughout the Library.
