December 2, 2019 – Due to a power outage from ongoing weather conditions, the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will be closed until further notice.
Residents can access many of the Library’s services online during the closure at www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/library. Updates on the Library’s operating hours will be shared on this site as well as the City of Midland Facebook and Twitter channels and the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library Facebook page.
In addition, Midland Community Television is unable to broadcast regularly-scheduled programming at this time. Until further notice, the MCTV offices and studio in the Lower Level of the Library are closed.
