[ARCHIVED] Residents Encouraged to Set Storm Debris at the Curb

Tree branches in the sky covered in ice

December 6, 2019 – Residents who have tree branches, limbs, and other debris remaining from the previous weekend’s ice storm are encouraged to set these items at the curb now for removal by City crews.

The City’s Department of Public Services will collect these items during residents’ regular Heavy Item and Brush Collection week. Residents will not be tagged for having debris set out prior to their collection week.

Please prepare brush and limbs for collection by placing it at the curb in piles that are no larger than eight (8) feet long. Please leave one (1) foot of space between each pile.

For more information or questions, contact the Department of Public Services at 989-837-6900 or visit www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/publicservices.
