[ARCHIVED] Soothe Your Senses at Library's Self Care Event

January 3, 2020 – You made it through the holiday season; now it’s time to soothe all of your senses at the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library’s self-care event on Thursday, January 23 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Explore your senses with tea (taste); body scrubs to make (smell); adult coloring (sight); meditative music (hear); and complimentary free 5-minute chair massages (touch) from licensed massage therapists at Preferred Chiropractic of Midland.

This is a free event for ages 18 and older and no registration is required. For more information, call the Library Reference Desk at 837-3449.

The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library is located at 1710 W. St. Andrews Rd and is a service of the City of Midland.
