March 13, 2020 – Midland Parks and Recreation Department will begin accepting beach volleyball team registrations for the 2020 summer season on Monday, March 23.
Midland Parks and Recreation’s beach volleyball leagues will begin on Tuesday, May 26. Leagues are played as a 10-week season. Games will be played at Stratford Woods Park Sunday through Thursday with games occurring between 6 – 8:30 p.m. Teams will only play on the night of their choosing. Registration is first-come, first-serve and leagues will fill. Managers can register their team online at cityofmidlandmi.gov/beachvolleyball or in person at the Parks and Recreation Office by paying the team fee (there is no individual player fee). Team fees vary by league. Individuals who wish to play but do not have a team can contact the Parks and Recreation Office to be placed on a wait list.
