[ARCHIVED] Refuse & Recycling Collection, DART Closed on Good Friday

April 3, 2020 – City refuse and recycling collection and Dial-A-Ride Transportation (DART) will see temporary service changes in observance of Good Friday on Friday, April 10.

Residents with Friday, April 10 refuse and Friday Week 1 recycling collection should place items at the curb on Monday, April 13. Place items at the curb no later than 7:30 a.m. to ensure collection. The City’s Sanitary Landfill will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Good Friday for commercial customers only.

DART will be closed on Friday, April 10, but will observe its normal operating hours on Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12.

Reminder: All City offices and buildings and non-essential City services are closed to the public through April 13, 2020 as outlined by Executive Order 2020-21 (“Stay Home, Stay Safe”) issued by Governor Gretchen Whitmer on Monday, March 23.
