April 10, 2020 – In accordance with the “Stay Home, Stay Safe” Executive Order 2020-42 issued by Governor Gretchen Whitmer and the City of Midland’s ongoing COVID-19 pandemic response, upcoming meetings of the Midland City Council and Planning Commission will be held electronically.
The Monday, April 13 meeting of the Midland City Council and the Tuesday, April 14 meeting of the City Planning Commission will both be held electronically using Zoom remote conferencing service. Access information for these meetings is as follows:

Both meetings will be broadcast live on MGTV-188 (99 on Uverse) and live-streamed on www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/video as normal for residents who wish to watch the meetings live but do not wish to provide comment.
Residents may submit public comment electronically for these meetings via email to cityhall@midland-mi.org no later than 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting. These email comments will be provided to the public body’s members prior to the meeting start time. Public comment can also be offered during the public comment portion of the live meeting through the Zoom video platform or by calling into the electronic meeting’s provided phone number.

The City will continue to evaluate meetings of the Midland City Council and City boards, commissions, and committees on a meeting-by-meeting basis to assess their need to meet and take action on matters of significant importance.
