[ARCHIVED] Phone Call for You… It’s “Santa Calling”!

Moms and dads – good news! Santa called the Midland Parks and Recreation Department and has asked our office to patch calls from the North Pole to your home on Tuesday, December 9 through Thursday, December 11. Calls will be patched through from 6-8 p.m.

To help Santa save time searching his lists for all the good little boys and girls, we have created a quick registration form so he can make more calls. A registration form is available online at www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/santa or you can contact Parks and Recreation directly at 989-837-6930 to have one sent to you.

Please return your completed form by mail (Midland Parks and Recreation Office, 4811 N. Saginaw Road, Midland, Mich. 48640), e-mail (recreation@midland-mi.org), or fax (989-837-5651) by Friday, December 5.

Parks and Recreation is also seeking adult volunteers over the age of 18 to help “patch calls” from the North Pole to children’s homes in Midland during the program. To volunteer for this important community outreach program, contact Parks and Recreation as soon as possible via email (recreation@midland-mi.org) or by phone at 989-837-6930.
