[ARCHIVED] Beautification Advisory Committee Seeks New Member

October 30, 2020 – The City of Midland’s Beautification Advisory Committee is looking for a new member to serve the community – and the public is invited to apply.

Meetings are held the second Monday of each month from 10:30 –11:30 a.m. at City Hall. Currently, meetings are held via Zoom until further notice.

Members of the committee work on the Make Midland Beautiful Poster Contest, the annual Appreciation of Beautification Awards Program, and a sponsored special project of the Beautification Advisory Committee when applicable. Time commitment can be up to 40 or more hours per year, most of which occurs in July and August.

Interested persons must be residents of the City of Midland.

To apply for the Beautification Advisory Committee, visit www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/beautification. Questions or requests for more information should be directed to the Parks and Recreation Department at 837-6930 or recreation@midland-mi.org
