October 30, 2020 – Beginning Monday, November 2 through Thursday, November 5, Midland Public Schools TV may experience disruptions as the MCTV Network begins transitioning MPS-TV broadcast operations to the MCTV facility in the lower level of the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library.
During this transition, televised programming on MPS-TV Charter Spectrum channel 190 and AT&T U-Verse channel 99 may be interrupted. It is not anticipated to impact MPS-TV’s online video-on-demand service.
This transition will prepare MCTV facilities for an upgrade later this year that will make all MCTV Network channels and programs available to stream live or on-demand on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, smart TVs, and mobile devices beginning in early 2021.
