November 30, 2020 – The City of Midland will temporarily close the Currie Parkway Bridge on Wednesday, December 2 from approximately 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. for a routine bridge safety inspection.
The inspection is required by state and federal regulations to be completed every 24 months on all bridges over 20 feet in span.
Motorists can avoid the closure area by utilizing Jerome Street/M-20 to access Main Street.
