December 30, 2020 –   Beginning Wednesday, January 6, on-street parking and permit parking enforcement will resume in Downtown Midland.  On and after this date, vehicles will be ticketed for violating designated three-hour parking limits for on-street parking and for parking in a designated permit-only lot without an appropriate permit.

As an additional reminder, parking on any City street, including downtown, is not permitted from 3 – 6 a.m. Doing so may result in a traffic citation from the Midland Police Department.

Downtown parking enforcement had been suspended since March 2020 due to COVID-19.
