March 23, 2021 – The City of Midland will host a public meeting via Zoom on Tuesday, April 6 at 6 p.m. to provide an opportunity for residents to ask questions about and receive more information on the 2022 Sugnet Road extension project.

City Engineering staff and representatives from the project’s consulting firm, Spicer Group, Inc., will be on-hand to provide a high-level presentation on the project, including the scope, timeline, and design elements, and answer attendees’ questions. The meeting can be accessed using the following credentials:

 Residents who are unable to attend the meeting may review plans and provide comments through an open topic on the City’s online public engagement platform, E-CityHall, at www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/ecityhall that will be posted on Wednesday, April 7.

The Sugnet Road extension project will construct a new section of roadway on Sugnet to connect Northwood Drive and Main Street that will include traffic lanes, bike lanes, and storm sewer improvements. Construction is anticipated to begin in Spring 2022.
