[ARCHIVED] Intermittent Closures at Golfside Boat Launch April 30

Crews stand in a boat on the river to launch a large metal boat dock

April 29, 2021 – City of Midland Parks and Recreation will periodically close the Golfside Drive Boat Launch throughout the day on Friday, April 30 as crews launch boat docks for three locations along the Tittabawassee River for the season.

Boat docks will be installed for the season at the Emerson Park Overlook and at the Tridge. Crews will also install the accessible canoe/kayak launch located near the Farmers Market. Once installed, these features will be open to the public.
