June 4, 2021 – Midland Parks and Recreation is excited to announce the rebuilding of the Stratford Woods Park BMX track beginning Tuesday, June 8 through a partnership with local volunteers.
Work will begin on Tuesday and is estimated to be completed by Monday, June 14. Visitors should not access the track or any of the fenced construction areas at any time during reconstruction. Approximately one-third of the Stratford Woods parking lot nearest the track area will be unavailable while work is underway.
A grand reopening celebration will take place in late July. For more information on the Midland BMX program, please visit www.usabmx.com.
Stratford Woods Park is located at 3922 E. Ashman Street in Midland.
