Midland Girls Softball League (MGSL), in collaboration with the Midland Parks and Recreation Department, announces spring girls' softball registration.
The MGSL spring season is a six-week recreational league for girls ages 5-13 in Midland and surrounding areas. Youth will play twice a week on designated nights. Except for opening day and the end-of-season tournament, all games are at 6 p.m. Spring play begins on Saturday, April 25.
Registrations will be accepted from January 15-February 28. From March 1-13, late registrations will be accepted, and a late fee of $10 will be applied. Register online at www.themgsl.org. Fees may be covered by a credit card or check.
Each girl must provide a copy of her birth certificate to Parks and Recreation in order to play. Returning players may already have a copy on file at the Parks and Recreation Office.
