[ARCHIVED] Midland Moves: Plymouth Park Neighborhood Walk July 22

July 13, 2021 – The City of Midland invites community members to join its Planning department staff for a stroll through the Plymouth Park neighborhood on Thursday, July 22 as an interactive part of the Midland City Modern master planning process.

During the 0.63 mile walk, attendees are encouraged to share what they see, feel, and experience and discuss their visions for the future of the community. Topics will include items related to healthy neighborhoods, walkability, building accessibility, and the impact design has on livability, home values, safety, the environment, and social connections.

The walk will begin and end at the MIDLAND letters located just north of the Plymouth Park Pool, 1508 E. Wheeler Street. The walk will depart from the letters at approximately 5:35 p.m. and return by 6:30 p.m. A map of the walking route is available at City Hall, 333 W. Ellsworth Street, and at www.midlandcitymodern.com under “News & Events”.

Additional Midland Moves events like this one will be planned in other neighborhoods in the future.
