August 5, 2021 – Congress Drive is currently closed at the intersection with E. Wheeler Street as crews perform a water main installation.
During this closure, motorists should use other exit and entry points into the Congress Drive neighborhood.
Congress is anticipated to reopen by the end of the day on Thursday, August 5. The Wheeler Street reconstruction and water main replacement project is estimated to be completed in October 2021.
