Trotters Point residents should exit their neighborhood using Butterfield Drive to Hollyberry Drive to Foster Road
Wheeler will reopen to eastbound traffic and remain closed to westbound traffic by the end of the day on Tuesday, weather permitting. Motorists traveling through the construction zone should drive with caution.
