[ARCHIVED] Missing Midland Juveniles Located Safe

Moriah Douglas, 14, & Ilario Silva, 15, have been missing since January 28

UPDATE: February 2, 11:10 a.m. - Missing juveniles Moriah Douglas & Illario Silva have been SAFELY LOCATED just outside the city & are on their way home.

Midland Police Department  thanks all who helped to bring this investigation to a close.

UPDATE: January 31, 2022, 10:30 a.m. - At this time, both Moriah Lyric Douglas and Illario Amar Silva are still missing. Through further investigation, it is believed Moriah and Illario may be traveling to the Chicago, Illinois area.

The Midland Police Department has received recent photographs of Illario, as well as an image of Moriah and Illario from Friday, January 28, 2022. This image shows the clothing they were last seen in. Please review these images above.

January 30, 2022 - The Midland Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing/endangered juvenile, reported as a runaway by her mother.  14-year-old Moriah Lyric Douglas (see photo above) was last seen on Friday, January 28, 2022.  She is 5’2”, 98 pounds, with curly black hair just above the shoulders.  Moriah has multiple nose piercings, large gage hoops in both ears, and has braces on her teeth.  She was last seen wearing dark colored fuzzy pajama pants and an oversized black and red hooded sweatshirt.  She may also be wearing a blue winter jacket.  Her current location is unknown, but she may be with her boyfriend, 15-year-old Illario Amar Silva of Midland.
