[ARCHIVED] City Offices, Collection Services Closed April 15

April 8, 2022 – All City of Midland offices and collection services and the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will be closed on Friday, April 15 in observance of Good Friday. In addition, the Library and Midland Civic Arena will be closed on Sunday, April 17 in observance of Easter.

Residents with Friday, April 15 refuse and Friday Week 2 recycling collection should place items at the curb on Monday, April 18. Place items at the curb no later than 7:30 a.m. to ensure collection. 

The City’s Sanitary Landfill will be open from 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Good Friday and from 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 16.

Dial-A-Ride Transportation (DART) will observe its normal operating hours on Friday, April 15; Saturday, April 16; and Sunday, April 17. 

Jack Barstow Municipal Airport will be unattended on Friday, April 15 and attended for normal hours on Saturday, April 16. It will be unattended on Sunday, April 17.
