May 23, 2022 – Beginning today, Moorland Drive will be closed from Woodbridge Lane to Berry Court as crews perform a culvert repair project near the Moorland Drive pump station.

Moorland will close each Monday morning at approximately 8 a.m. and reopen on Friday at approximately 5 p.m. to accommodate weekend traffic. It will remain open through each weekend and re-close on Monday morning each week that work is underway.

While the closure is in effect, through traffic on Moorland should utilize the posted detour route including Woodbridge Lane, Partridge Lane, and Oakridge Drive. Motorists can also use Dublin Avenue, W. Wackerly Street, and N. Saginaw Road to avoid this area.

The project is estimated to be completed by mid-June 2022.

Westbound Wackerly Street is closed at Swede Avenue due to a water main issue. Northbound Swede Avenue is closed at Wildwood Street. Motorists should use Wildwood to detour around this closure.
