[ARCHIVED] MCTV Network Office Closed June 27 - July 5

June 24, 2022 - MCTV Network offices will be closed June 27 – July 5 for staff to attend the annual National Alliance for Community Media conference.

Current MCTV access users can leave voicemails for staff by calling (989) 837-3474 or by emailing staff at Staff will return messages at their earliest convenience.

MCTV Network’s four public access channels, Community Voices, Community Messages, MPS-TV and Midland Government Television should not experience any loss of programming during this time. A complete program schedule can be found at or the weekend edition of the Midland Daily News.

Local programs created through the MCTV Network can be found on the following outlets:

Midland Community Television is located in the lower level of the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library at 1710 W. St. Andrews Rd. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Evening and Saturday hours are available by request. MCTV is a service of the City of Midland.
