[ARCHIVED] Urban3 Economic Productivity Analysis Available for Viewing

August 12, 2022 – Residents are invited to review the economic productivity analysis provided to the City of Midland by land consulting firm Urban3 on the Midland City Modern website, This update was provided to Midland City Council and City Planning Commission during a special joint meeting on Thursday, July 7.

The analysis report and presentation includes information on the economic productivity of individual properties, impact of development types on the City’s funding levels, areas of opportunity for future land use in areas of the city, and more.
