November 8, 2022 – The public is advised that the Midland Fire Department will be conducting a structural collapse emergency training exercise with the Michigan Region 3 Response Team (RRT) on Wednesday, November 9 at Currie Stadium in Emerson Park.
The exercise will begin at approximately 9 a.m. There will be heavy presence from first responder agencies in this area while the exercise is underway. Residents are advised not to be alarmed and should not call 911 to report this activity.
Currie Stadium is scheduled for demolition later this month.
