[ARCHIVED] Volunteers Needed for Santa Calling Program

Santa with bells 450x335

November 11, 2022 – *Spoiler Alert* The North Pole has asked City of Midland Parks and Recreation to spread the word that Santa will be available on the evenings of December 6 – 8 to call Midland children.

To help in this effort, Parks and Recreation is seeking adult volunteers over the age of 18 to be Santa and make calls from the North Pole to children’s homes in Midland. Calls will be made from approximately 6 – 8 p.m. from the Parks and Recreation Office, 4811 N. Saginaw Rd. Callers will only be heard – not seen!

To volunteer for this important community outreach program, register online at www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/santa or contact Parks and Recreation at 989-837-6930 or recreation@midland-mi.org  as soon as possible.

Parents interested in having Santa call their child(ren) can also register  at www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/santa beginning November 14.
