[ARCHIVED] City Offices, Library Closed for In-Service Day February 20

February 3, 2023 – City offices and the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will be closed on Monday, February 20 for a staff in-service day. 

Dial-A-Ride will operate regular bus service hours, but will provide reduced phone service hours on Monday, February 20. Phone service will be available from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. with emergency-only service available from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Ride reservations will not be taken by phone after 11 a.m.

The Midland Civic Arena and Landfill will be open regular operating hours on February 20. Monday refuse and Monday Week 3 recycling collection will be collected on schedule.

City offices and the Library will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, February 21.
