[ARCHIVED] Southbound Jefferson Avenue Closed Tuesday Night

February 14, 2023 – Southbound Jefferson Avenue will be closed to through traffic at Graham Street beginning at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14 as crews from Insituform Technologies install cured-in-place pipelining work as part of the City of Midland’s Concept 5 Sewer Improvement Plan.

While the closure is in effect, through southbound traffic on Jefferson will be detoured using westbound Graham Street, southbound Castle Drive, and eastbound Sugnet Road. Left turns onto Sugnet from Jefferson will be restricted while work is underway.

Work is estimated to be completed and the road completely reopened to traffic around 2 a.m. on Wednesday, February 15.
