[ARCHIVED] Rail Trail Section Closed Thursday for Sewer Lining

A paved trail with two people riding bikes under a blue sky

May 1, 2023 – The Pere-Marquette Rail Trail will be closed between M-20/Jerome Street and Currie Parkway beginning at 7 a.m. on Thursday, May 4 for sewer lining activities as part of the Concept 5 Sewer Improvement Plan. 

Trail users will be able to detour around the closure using the sidewalk system along Main and Ashman streets in Downtown Midland.  

The trail is expected to reopen in the morning of Friday, May 5.
