[ARCHIVED] MCTV Network to Live Stream MPS Graduations

May 19, 2023 - In coordination with Dow Diamond and Midland Public Schools, the MCTV Network will live broadcast the Midland High School and H.H. Dow High School commencement ceremonies on Wednesday, May 24. The H.H. Dow High ceremony will begin at 4 p.m. and the Midland High ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. The rain date for these events will be Thursday, May 25 at the same times.

 Viewers can watch the ceremonies live on the following platforms:

  • MCTV Community Messages channel 189 (Charter Spectrum)
  • Community Messages through channel 99 (AT&T U-verse)
  • Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire devices via the MCTV Community Voices app
  • Android or iOS devices via the free Cablecast Community Media mobile app
  • Online at www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/livestream by clicking on the “Community Messages & Live” link
  • MCTV Network Community Voices YouTube channel 

In the event of rain on both Wednesday and Thursday, ceremonies will be held at their respective high schools at 6 p.m. Broadcasts will be as follows: H.H. Dow High on channel 189 & Community Messages/Live streams; Midland High on MPSTV channel 190 & Education Channel streams. Viewing options or changes will be communicated via MCTV’s Facebook page and the Midland Public Schools website, www.midlandps.org.  

The ceremonies will also be recorded and available for replay on the platforms listed above and on the MCTV Network Community Voices YouTube channel.
